1. Non-Refundable Items

• Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
• Damage claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India and selected international destinations.
• Shipping charges may vary based on delivery location, product size, weight, and packaging requirements.
• Estimated delivery time will be provided during checkout, but actual delivery may vary due to logistics and location.
• We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

4. Packaging and Handling

• All products are securely packed using industry-standard materials to avoid damage during transit.
• For fragile, oversized, or premium items, additional packaging and handling charges may apply.

5. Prepaid Orders Only

• We accept only prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
• All orders must be paid in full through our secure payment gateways before they are processed.

6. No Refund on Shipping

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• In case of a return or replacement due to damage, we will cover the re-shipping cost.
